Christmas Day 2010

Gingerbread House

We always look forward to getting our Gingerbread House in the mail from Aunt Dean. We were all very excited about doing it & even though we had a tragic end & the house fell apart we still had lots of fun:)

Last day of Ballet/Tap

Thanksgiving Party

Today we had a Thanksgiving Party at Julia's school. They were all told to bring in 1/2 a cup of food (marshmallows, cereal, pretzels etc) to add to a "friendship salad" so cute. They had cornbread & butter they actually made! Fancy! It was really quite adorable!

Halloween 2010

It really was a wonderful Halloween! Julia has a degree in "Trick or Treating" & Phoebe was really excited to get into Character! She didn't really understand what was going on, but, she was happy to be a mouse & loved the candy in bucket part! We love celebrating Halloween with our friends, it is so much fun!

Halloween @ School & Ballet

On Thursday, Julia got to wear her costume at School & Ballet! We were very excited to learn her Ballet teacher was also a kitty!

Train Trip

We took the train to the city to meet up with Grandma, Kennedy & Aunt Jodi! We had lots of fun @ the Hello Kitty store, American Doll, & finishing with a Sprinkles cupcake!

Oktoberfest

We had fun with our friends at Oktoberfest! It was pretty cold, but, we had fun!

1st Day!

After a long, hard 1st day of school! She loved it, of course!

These cooler fall days are my favorite. It is so nice to be outside with Phoebe now that she can walk!

Pre-School Orientation

Here we are at Julia's pre-school orientation! Teachers seemed very nice & we found lots of toys to play with. Her first "real" day is Thursday!

Labor Day Weekend 2010

We enjoyed our trip to the beach this past Sunday. Julia is still happy sitting in one spot "washing" rocks! Phoebe looks so grown up to me sitting in that chair!

Julia has been enjoying bug camp this week (sorry no pics of that). It has been everyday 9-12 & has really been wearing her out!

Sleeping Beauty

It was time for Julia to get up, but, she was in the deepest sleep ever. At first, I just thought she looked so peaceful I would get one picture & she would wake up. The rest just sort of happened...!

Monkey Joe's

We met up with some old friend's & their kids at Monkey Joe's in Wheaton. It was so much fun. Julia was scared at first, but, my friend's daughter went with her & that really helped. You know those people that you can go long periods of time w/out seeing & then when you do see them it is the same? These are those types of friends! I just love that!

Farm Weekend

Here are the pictures from our FUN weekend at the farm. Julia got to spend some quality time with her cuz & had a blast! They played so great together! The 3rd collage below you will see the shot w/ all 3 kids & Grandpa, that shot about summed up the photo shoot! Nobody wanted to cooperate...ahhh! Oh well! Monday night we headed for some taco's at Indiana Beach & had so much fun! Great weekend:)
