Happy Birthday Uncle Adam!

Sunday we celebrated Uncle Adam & Daddy's birthdays. We wore fancy party hats. Today is Uncle's true B-day. Hope you have a great day!

Baby Gibson!

Today we got to meet up with Julia's new little cousin Gibson (6 weeks old). He is soooo tiny compared to Julia. I just can't believe Julia was ever that little it doesn't seem possible...people told me this would happen. Can't wait to see you again Gibson!

Photo Request...Julia & Ro

Had a request for a picture of Julia & Rosebud together...not an easy assignment. As I have started showing in the previous couple of posts, I would like to show some "behind the scenes" to my getting the perfect shot. As you can see below: Julia's eyes are closed...Ro's eyes are closed...third picture...who knows what they are doing. Thank goodness for digital cameras.

Camera crazy Mom

I will admit I am camera crazy. I might have to join a support group... So the picture that I ended up getting for Valentine's Day below is cute...right? Well, looking back I took about 95 pictures to end up with that shot....can you believe that 95. I really am nuts. I mean the majority of the pictures end up good, however, I keep thinking I can out-do myself. At least I am admitting it...right?

It is getting really TOUGH...

taking pictures of the girls together...that is. It is extremely frustrating, considering I am the kind of person that works to get the perfect shot. And forget trying to get them to both smile for the camera at the same time..that is something I have yet to do. I guess that will be my life mission. Look what I ran into... a rocking horse made for adults. Okay...as fun as this may be...who would buy this? I guess this is the gift made for "that person that has everything". Road Trip

Julia & I drove to Indiana today to visit with an old friend from highschool & her 2 adorable kids. Pictured below with Julia is Parker (7 months) & I just realized I didn't get any pictures with cute Claire (2) in them:( Parker & Julia got along really well...I think I might have seen some sparks! We had such a fun time.

Big Animals

Took some pictures of Julia with the large stuffed animals in Macy's Downtown last Friday night. She didn't have much of a reaction to them. They are pretty neat looking...not sure if we could move in Julia's room if we got one! Plus, they are a small fortune. They have a large dragon that is around $5,500.
