Well, the official results are in. For all you that wondered who Julia looks more like, apparently, she looks 7% more like me. According to the my heritage website the "Look-alike Meter" utilizes state-of-the-art face recognition technology to determine the resemblance...how can you argue with that.

Julia's long lost twin: Condoleezza Rice or Yitzhak Rabin?
Because I like to burn the midnight oil on the computer the same site as the look-alike meter tells you your celebrity look-alikes. Another picture I uploaded of Julia compared her to lil' bow wow...hmmm. I liked that this picture compared her to Christie Brinkley & that Emma Watson is pretty cute. Julia does kind-of have the same hair-do as Yitzhak. Of course I had to see who Jake & I looked like. My cutie husband resembles David Schwimmer (I can see it) I always thought he looked more like David Duchovny though. And it matched me to Q'Orianka Kilcher (& yes, I had to google her...she was Pocahontas)..which is really funny because I do work as her body double...so it makes sense!

Moody Baby
Our little religious one, Sister Julia
So as many of you know, Julia does this thing when she is stressed out... she clasps her hands together & goes to her safe place. I take Julia to the gym with me a couple of times during the week & they have a great childcare area. They get tons of kids in & out and the ladies in the daycare aren't always the same, however, the workers minds are always refreshed when Julia "prays". This morning, when we were there I asked if they have ever seen any babies doing that & they said they didn't. Some lady even stopped me in the grocery store once. It is very cute, & apparently unique, however, it might start looking weird if she is still doing in when she is a teen.

New Sleep Routine
After much resistance, Julia has finally discovered the benefits of sleeping on her stomache. As you can see in the picture, we continue to swaddle her (arms out). It is basically a sleeping bag....which is nice because she wouldn't keep a blanket on her anyway.

Julia's 1st New Year's Eve!
For New Year's Eve we had a little party at our house. It snowed a lot, so not everyone was able to make it, but, we were very happy Aunt K, Uncle Greg, Aunt Dean, Q, & Grampy made it. We had some tasty appetizers, and wonderful Italian Sausage. After Julia headed to bed we played games way past the ringing in of the New Year.
We are so lucky to have Julia as we head into this New Year...lots of fun in store for '08! Happy New Year everyone!
